2. Website Use
You may use the NTG Infotech website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems
- Introduce malicious code, viruses or harmful software
- Copy, reproduce or distribute website content without permission

- Project timelines may depend on the timely availability of client-provided content, approvals, credentials and feedback.
- Delays in receiving required information or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.
- Third-party themes, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers and other external technologies may be subject to their own terms and limitations.
- Certain third-party software may require separate licensing or subscription fees.
- Website functionality may depend on third-party services that are outside NTG Infotech’s control.
6. E-commerce Services
For e-commerce website projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate information relating to:
- Products and services
- Pricing
- Taxes
- Shipping
- Returns and refunds
- Payment methods
- Product descriptions
- Product images
- Business policies
NTG Infotech may assist in implementing technical functionality based on the client’s requirements.
The client remains responsible for ensuring that its products, pricing, business practices, refund policies, tax treatment and other commercial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Digital Marketing and Advertising Services
NTG Infotech may provide services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Google Business Profile services
- Content marketing
- Lead generation
- Digital campaign management
Advertising and marketing results may depend on various factors, including:
- Advertising budget
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Target audience
- Platform algorithms
- Creative quality
- Landing page performance
- Client’s products or services
- Website performance
- Historical account data
NTG Infotech does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, followers, rankings, impressions, clicks, conversions or revenue unless a specific written contractual commitment expressly states otherwise.
8. Google, Meta and Other Third-Party Platforms
Certain NTG Infotech services may depend on third-party platforms such as:
- Google Business Profile
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Domain registrars
- Third-party APIs
- Other technology platforms
These platforms are independently operated by third parties.
NTG Infotech does not control changes to their:
- Policies
- Algorithms
- Pricing
- Features
- Account approval processes
- Suspension or termination decisions
- Technical availability
- Advertising policies
NTG Infotech will make reasonable efforts to provide services in accordance with the agreed scope but cannot guarantee continued availability or specific outcomes from third-party platforms.
9. Google Business Profile Services
Where NTG Infotech provides Google Business Profile-related services, the work may include profile setup, optimisation, information management, content support and other agreed activities.
However, Google independently controls its platform, verification process, ranking systems, policies and search algorithms.
NTG Infotech does not guarantee:
- A permanent Google ranking position
- A specific position in Google Search
- A specific position in Google Maps
- Guaranteed verification
- Guaranteed suspension removal
- Guaranteed number of reviews
- Guaranteed calls, enquiries or customers
All Google Business Profile activities will be subject to applicable Google policies and requirements.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Provide required content and materials on time
- Provide necessary approvals and feedback
- Provide access credentials where required
- Ensure that provided content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time
- Maintain ownership and control of its own business accounts where applicable
The client is responsible for ensuring that information supplied to NTG Infotech is accurate and legally usable.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NTG Infotech retains ownership of its pre-existing:
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Code libraries
- Design systems
- Processes
- Internal tools
- Methodologies
- Reusable components
Client-specific deliverables may be transferred or licensed to the client according to the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement and subject to payment of all applicable amounts.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, themes, APIs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
12. Client-Provided Content
The client represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions and licences to provide any content, including:
- Text
- Logos
- Images
- Videos
- Product information
- Brand assets
- Documents
- Customer data
- Other materials
The client remains responsible for claims arising from unlawful or unauthorised content supplied by the client.
13. Payments and Fees
Service fees, payment schedules and applicable taxes will be communicated through the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Advance payments may be required before project commencement.
- Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, licences, advertising spend, APIs or software subscriptions may be charged separately.
- Applicable taxes may be added to the service fees.
14. Project Delays
NTG Infotech will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, timelines may be affected by:
- Delayed client feedback
- Delayed content submission
- Delayed approvals
- Third-party service issues
- Hosting or server problems
- API limitations
- Platform changes
- Technical issues
- Force majeure events
- Changes requested by the client
Where delays occur due to circumstances outside NTG Infotech’s reasonable control, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
15. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the applicable quotation or service agreement.
Requests that materially change the original project scope may be treated as additional work.
Examples may include:
- Additional website pages
- New features
- New integrations
- Major design changes
- Additional advertising campaigns
- Additional content requirements
- Changes after final approval
Additional work may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
16. Website Maintenance and Support
Where maintenance or support services are included, the scope and duration of support will be defined in the relevant service agreement.
Support may include agreed technical assistance, updates or troubleshooting.
Support does not necessarily include:
- New feature development
- Major redesigns
- Third-party platform issues
- Problems caused by unauthorised modifications
- Issues caused by third-party plugins or services
- Additional functionality not included in the original agreement
17. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement according to the terms specified in the applicable agreement.
NTG Infotech may suspend or terminate services where:
- Payments remain overdue
- The client materially breaches the agreement
- The client engages in unlawful activities
- The client provides fraudulent or misleading information
- Continued service creates a security or legal risk
Any refund, cancellation or outstanding payment obligations will be governed by the applicable quotation, agreement or refund policy.
18. Refunds
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will depend on the nature of the service and the specific terms agreed with the client.
Because certain IT and digital services involve customised work, development time, resources, third-party costs or advertising expenditure, payments may not automatically be refundable once work has commenced.
Any specific refund or cancellation terms communicated in an applicable agreement will take precedence for that project.
19. Confidentiality
NTG Infotech may receive confidential business or technical information while providing services.
We will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of information provided to us and will use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services, unless disclosure is:
- Required by law
- Required by a government or regulatory authority
- Necessary to protect legal rights
- Necessary to prevent fraud, security threats or misuse
- Authorised by the client
Specific confidentiality obligations may be governed by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), where applicable.
20. Security and Account Access
Where a client provides access to websites, hosting accounts, social media accounts, advertising accounts, Google Business Profiles or other systems, the client should provide access through secure methods wherever reasonably possible.
NTG Infotech will use reasonable measures to protect credentials and access information under its control.
The client remains responsible for maintaining appropriate ownership, recovery information and security controls for its accounts.
21. No Guarantee of Business Results
NTG Infotech provides technology, marketing and digital services but does not guarantee specific business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Results may depend on factors beyond NTG Infotech’s control, including market demand, competition, pricing, customer behaviour, platform algorithms, advertising budgets and third-party systems.
Therefore, statements regarding expected growth, leads, traffic, rankings or conversions should not be interpreted as guaranteed results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
22. Third-Party Products and Services
NTG Infotech may recommend or integrate third-party products and services.
Third-party products and services may have separate:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policies
- Subscription fees
- Licensing requirements
- Usage restrictions
- Service-level limitations
NTG Infotech is not responsible for changes, failures, suspension, pricing or discontinuation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NTG Infotech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data or anticipated revenue.

If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the specific agreement will govern the relevant project or service to the extent of the conflict.
